|How We Grade: Books & Magazines|
Unless specified otherwise, all items are used and will show varying signs of use/wear. Please read the item's description for more specific condition details.
All images are of actual item up for sale. View some of the item's condition image under "Conditions" at bottom of page. We list the obvious staining/spotting/discoloration and damage/defects to material to the best of our abilities.
However, some slight imperfections that will not show or affect displaying/using the item may slip by or not be considered worth mentioning.
Please e-mail any questions or information that you may have. Please be very specific in your questions regarding condition.
We grade condition conservatively. The vast majority of our items for sale are in used condition.
To the best of our knowledge our items are complete with all pages (books and magazines), unless noted otherwise.
Below is how they are graded.
Very Good – Top grade - a nice copy, with all pages present, nice clean covers and no tears or stains noticeable. Looks practically new!
Good/Very Good – A complete and clean magazine or book, possibly with minor light cover wear. Any major defects noted.
Good – Magazine is complete. Covers or duct jacket may be slightly soiled or creased, and some fraying of the spine edge may be present. Possible small cover edge tears or light stains. Any major defects noted.
Fair – Well read, and not stored well. Wear to the covers, with possible edge tears, stains. Defects noted. Complete/uncomplete or some cut outs.
