Yes. We email pages in PDF format after payment. Email info@paperpursuits.com the pages you want specifically from an issue. We then email an invoice to you. The pricing below is for scans from one magazine only and not from multiple magazines. Due to the increase in requests, we have introduced a new pricing tier.
1 Page = $10.00
2 Pages = $15.00
3 Pages or more = $5.00 each for additional pages

Why do I need to type characters from a picture to submit information?
This was implemented because spammers can and do use automated programs that abuse services. Typing the characters from the image into the form field verifies that a person—not an automated program—submitting the information. In most cases, automated programs cannot recognize the characters in the image.


GRADING
1. How do I know what condition the item is in?
Condition is noted on each item. Please read description. For magazines and books, images of their conditions is located towards the bottom of the page. Unless specified otherwise, all items are used and will show varying signs of use/wear unless specified otherwise. We list the obvious staining/spotting/discoloration and damage/defects to material to the best of our abilities. However, some slight imperfections that will not show or affect displaying/using the item may slip by or not be considered worth mentioning.

2. Are these items "NEW"?
The majority of books and magazines are in used condition. All vintage magazines are in used condition. Condition is noted on each item. Advertisements are carefully harvested from magazines and are mostly in good condition.

What you see on the website is what is currently what is on hand. Check back with us on a regular basis for new stock.

2. What currency are your prices in?
The prices are indicated in American dollars (US $), excluding shipping costs.

3. How do I order?
Click on the "Add to Cart" link on the item's detailed description page, when you are ready to check out, click on the shopping cart icon on the top right of screen. Select your country destination and click on "Check out Now".

4. What kinds of payment method do you accept?
You can pay using the major credit cards at the 2checkout.com website -- Visa, Master, Amex, JCB, Diner and Discover cards.

2Checkout.com, Inc. is an authorized retailer of goods and services provided by Paper Pursuits Fashion & Design Collectibles.


We also accept Paypal! If you are a PayPal member, all you need is your password and the email address you registered with. If you have not used PayPal you can sign up before ordering or use the 'is this your first time' button to join while you order.

The advantage is that the next time you use PayPal, and other sites accept it, all you need is your password. In addition, you shop without sharing your financial information.

6. Do you have a store I can visit?
Unfortunately not. Paper Pursuits is strictly a mail order business.

7. What is your return policy?
All Sales are Final. However, returns are possible if an item is misrepresented (with prior approval from Paper Pursuits Fashion & Design Print Collectibles). Return shipping cost is the responsiblity of the sender. If you have further questions, please use the "Ask a question about this..." link for each item before purchasing.

8. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. There are some exceptions, some examples are: Iceland, Greenland, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Slovenia, Burma, North Korea, Russia, Cuba, Libya, Iraq, Iran, Middleeast, Sudan, Syria, Africa, India and anywhere Canada Post cannot ship to.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. How do you ship your items?
We ship your order by Expediated mail. We use only quality packing material. All magazines, books, paper memorabilia are put in protective sleeves and archive cardboard backing. All packages are clearly addressed and where applicable the phrase "Do Not Bend" is clearly marked on the front.

2. How do I track delivery of my order?
Tracking number is given to you after the sale. Item(s) will be shipped out within the next 3 business days and are shipped via EXPEDIATED MAIL through Canada Post. Orders under 500 grams after being packaged will be send by Letter post. Shipping will take between 5 to 12 business days from date of shipment for Canadian and American locations. International orders may take up to 20 business days. There are no tracking for orders sent by Letter Post and for international orders outside Canada and United States.

If you are not available when a postal person attempts a delivery, a notice will be left in your mail slot. The postal location where the package will deposited is on the notice. You would need to take the notice to that specific post office and pick up the package. You will be asked for a picture ID.

3. How long will shipping take?
Item(s) will be shipped out within the next 3 business days and are shipped via EXPEDIATED MAIL. Shipping will take between 5 to 12 business days from date of shipment for Canadian and American locations. International orders may take up to 20 business days.


TECHNICAL PROBLEMS?
1. I can't check out. Why does my cart show as empty after adding item?
For the service to work properly, it is important that you enable "Cookies" and Javascript in your browser, and that your security options are properly set. The privacy level on your computer is currently set to "Block All Cookies". Paper Pursuits require cookies to be turned on to establish a session for you to shop. You can change this setting.

You can check whether your computer is set up to accept cookies or change the settings using the intructions in the link below. Instructions are available for Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome:

After the changes, close your browser. Open a new browser and try adding item to cart again.

If you are still having problems, email Customer Service info@paperpursuits.com with a list of the SKUs. Please ensure that you also provide your first and last name, address, phone number, and email address. An invoice from our payment processor, PayPal, will be email out to you.


2. When I click to view the back of the envelope in the Patterns section, nothing happens. Why?
For the service to work properly, it is important that you enable "JavaScript" in your browser.

3. How secure is the website?
Your personal information is transmitted safely over the Internet, and your credit card information is not stored on the Paper Pursuits Fashion & Design Collectibles website. You are at a secure website (in this case, when inputting your information at PayPal), when you see the web address starting with "https://" (note the letter "s" after http) and you see a lock icon (for internet explorer) or (for Netscape) on the bottom right of screen. You should always ensure that your web browser is up-to-date. See FAQ #4 (below) to download the latest version.

4. I have problems using the website.
If you have trouble using this site, you may have an outdated browser. Don't worry. This can easily be fixed! Download the most recent version of either browser and then try loading the site again.

Follow the steps below to determine what version of browser you are using.

Why should I upgrade?

Whether or not to upgrade is ultimately your choice. However, there are some compelling reasons to choose the newest version.

  1. Each new version fixes errors and problems that were found in the previous version. Getting the latest browser gives you the latest fixes to known problems.
  2. All browser makers are constantly making their browsers easier to use and more powerful at the same time.
  3. With each new version, new technology is supported. If you use an old browser, you will may miss out on new features that web developers include in their site.
  4. Browsers are free.
